How many people can you accommodate?
In total there are 15 bedrooms all with private bathrooms. Eight of the rooms have two queen beds and the rest of the rooms have a single King or Queen bed for a total of 23 beds.
What additional services do you provide?
Additional services like transportation, private chef, on-property dining, onsite and offsite excursions are also available and may be contracted through the venue director.
Approximately how far are you from Austin Bergstrom Airport?
We are approximately 32 miles from the Austin Bergstrom Airport.
Can you arrange pick up/drop off at Austin Bergstrom Airport?
Yes, we can! Getting a ride share from the airport to the ranch is not an issue, or we can arrange pickup and drop off for you for a nominal fee. We do recommend scheduling ahead of time if you are needing to obtain a ride share from the ranch to the airport.
What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 50% (of Total Payment) cancellation fee. Cancellations that are made within 60 days of the Check-In Date, forfeit any advance payment(s) and the reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of Rental Fee. Texas CEO Ranch reserves the right to cancel for any reason with a full refund to guests if cancelled thirty (30) days before Check-in Date.
Is the ranch exclusive to just our group?
Yes! You will be the only guests on the whole property of 130 acres. The ranch does have full-time outside maintenance personnel who will be working on the property but will not enter any of the dwellings.
Do you have a group meeting room available?
Yes! Just steps from the villa sits our 1,000 sq. ft. state of the art training building encompassed in three walls of glass including dual 86”4K monitors, high speed internet access, surround sound with flexible seating accommodations for up to 40 classroom style and outdoor patio with 16 more seats for breakout sessions or just a peaceful, relaxing meal among the pines.
Do you host events other than executive retreats?
Yes! Even though we primarily host executive retreats, we can absolutely help you host your next wedding, family reunion or special event. Contact our venue director, Violet, at texasceoranch@gmail.com
Do you have recommended vendors for on site caterers?
Yes! We have a fantastic group of vendors who can come out for one meal or many. We can either connect you to them to organize it, or we can take the weight off your shoulders for a small fee.
